horizontal scrollbar and chatterbox, ??? Options

>how can i get rid of the horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of my entries div? it's useless there!

i've tried making a new div layer

and by inserting the code given by the chatterbox site in [(....)]...but it doenst work....WHERE IS THE PROBLEM??
