Friends&&&COMMENTS, How to Align? Options

Whenever I try align-ing (something like that) my Friend &&& comments, it gives me thisss HUGE white space...

This is the code I put on my "WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET"

so yeah I've tried everything. I've changed the TOP.the LEFT. The MARGIN. The HEIGHT...but whenever I try to, it moves my friends and comments to where I want to...but it leaves a HUGE WHITE SPACE.

Please help
