Too tan?, Good or Bad? Options

I don't burn, I tan. I hate puting on sunblock, so I get really tan. People tell me tans fade but mine don't. So is being too tan good or bad?

It's good getting a tan especially because it's the summer. Make sure you don't overcook yourself. You should use sunblock though because too much sun is extremely bad for your skin. You'll get all wrinkly and gross when you get old. I used to not use any too because my attitude about it was like "oh i'm asian i don't need sun block. i'm totally fine. blah blah blah" But yeah, that doesn' tmatter. Sorry to be a joy kill.

ever heard of skin cancer? that`s what happens when you tan yourself too much, and i agree with the post before mine. you`ll get all wrinkly when you get old. you should enjoy your skin color `cause that`s what yo momma gave you!

i don't like being tan. i don't understand why people love to go tanning, it's so stupid. what a waste of money and your healthy skin.

if you ruin the skin you have now in your teens, your skin will be ruined for the rest of your life.

you should use sunblock. even if you do, you still get tanned. i didnt use sunblock for one day, and i got reallyy tan. =[

I agree with chii. Tanning is weird. I think all skin colors are beautiful on the people they belong to. And few things bother me more than orange people with white hair (I am white, by they way) I think there is nothing wrong with dark skin, and nothing wrong with pale skin either.

Sunblock is good. Use it.

Erm, I'm naturally... colored so it's bad when I tan.
I get too dark.
I don't even want to tan!
But my skin does it so easily.

im pretty tanned already or maybe just naturally darker in skin tone.. but i dont burn.. so i guess its okay to be tanned just make sure you do apply sunscreen sometimes!

I guess this only applies to tanning beds and those fake tans- It's bad if it's really orange or to the point where it doesn't look natural anymore. It also tends to make your eyesball look extremely white.. which looks scary.

If you are naturally tan and are just getting darker then it's fine as long as you don't over do it.

Um...this is a hugely biased poll, because the very fact that you used the word "too" implies that there is an excess of tanned-ness going on, and therefore it's not good.

So no, it's not good to be "too" tanned.

1st of all, it's already bad to go tanning.. it harms your skin.. and so if you're too tan, then it's worse.. you could get skin cancer..
