Me and my two brothers share a cellphone so ya, technically I have one.
But not really cause my middle brother ALWAYS has it  hmpf. Since I'm going back to shcool this year I want my own, but my mom wont' get me one

my first cell phone was about 3 years ago and it was very basic, pre-paid.
and now, i've had my verizon lg 6000 phone for almost 2 years. its a camera phone with internet access and tons of other things. planning on getting a new one at the end of the year. |

got one when i was 11
 only because it's cheaper with the family plan then using the home phone so now we no longer have a home phone. i notice that lately a lot of teenagers around the ages of 13-16 have phones, like it's some kind of trend. apparently it's cool to have cellphones because it's like telling the world that you're rich or that you can actually afford one. i think it's just a device that is really convient to use when you need to talk to someone when you're not near an available phone. if i didn't have one, i'd still live, unlike some obsessive people who can't live w/o their cellphones ..

I have had one for about 4 months and when I had a boyfriend it was the greatest! Now when I go out it's nice but I don't use it as much. It can be a pain to recharge but it's a handy tool if you have a camera/video phone. I love my cellphone!
