You upload through ftp . If its hosted on an actual domain.
If you have a subdomain your host should tell you your ftp url your name and your password. Get it from your host . Download an FTP program and read some tutorials on it . Its really simple . |

i dont use an FTP
i know i should..but o well. for some sites, you can upload ur files one my one. |

^ yea but if your on a domain such as a persons domain
most of them want you to use ftp. |
