But for real..The werdo family and jsut all the grossness...i dont know i was jsut entertained by this movie..Anyone agree?

~Wow doesnt my reasons for liking thsi movie make me seem gross?~

Haha how does it make you seem gross? I personally thought it was okay. It's nothing compared to the original. If you want to see gore, go rent House of 1000 Corpses. wink.gif Have fun.

Yeah. You can't remake something like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It's a classic. I'd much rather watch the original.

I liked the movie...

But what made me really mad was that part where they where 2 of them were in that room hiding from the chainsaw guy and when the chainsaw guy actually droppped the dang chainsaw... and the girl was just sitting there on her butt screaming just to watch the chainsaw guy pick it up a long while after and cut up her friend while he was hanging from the chandelier.

She could have saved him! mad.gif

Yeah, the funny thing is the fact that the story it's based on is the Ed Geins story. rolleyes.gif I love how everyone actually think this story happened...you would hear about it more, would you not?

I didn't mean the Ed Geins story as if it were a movie (unless there was one that I was unaware of), but it's a true event that happened. Yes, they want to sell movies, so of course they're going to spice it up a little bit. happy.gif

You're the first person I've ever heard of to call that not gory. Heh. Even my "hardcore" slasher-fanatic friend considers it gory. Rob was looking for the old school slasher film with that, and I think he did a good job of it. What movie would you consider to be the goriest of them all?

_dry.gif i knew it wasnt going to be anywhere near as good as the original as soon as i found out the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre was going to be directed by the head of the anti-violence-in-films commitee.
