How old were you, when you first learn how to cook food?

about 5? daddie taught me how to make rice. But now, i sometimes cook for dinner( if it's eggs) xD

i was nine when i first learned how to cook. My mom taught me on the weekends so that me and my brother wouldn't starve if she or my dad got home late.

besides instant noodle; i learned to cook at like 5th grade?

it was RiCE (:
and now i could cook beggies; fish; rice; noodle ; soup and other stuff :)
and im darn proud of myself aside from the times i got the microwave on fire and the stove on fire.

same here but my mom taught me whenever she have time.

Well, I had to cook for myself as a kid at times, so I suppose I was about six or seven when I had learned how to cook some fairly simple things....like eggs and other breakfast things like that and certain things in the oven.

I knew how to make ramen when I was in 8th grade.

uhm..I learned how to cook different things at different points of my life. I didn't learn how to make everything in like one day..and I'm still not an amazing cook yet.

uh pretty young. i used to have stay home with my brother during the summer cuz my parents worked so id probably say 7-8 cuz it was either learn how to make something or starve.
