I hate typing on cellphones... it's slow and confusing (and my fingers hurt) but I don't find it THAT annoying.

Sometimes if you have something important to say and it's too short for a small phone call, it's really useful.

Or if you missed a call and received a text instead. Perfect.

Texting could be fun sometimes. To me anyway :>.

Maybe your friends haven't seen you all summer and their a bit shy to talk to you. Eh, iono.
Text-messages are a bit blah. Calling is so much easier, and you get an instant reply.

If your only on the phone for 35 seconds.. that still counts up to 1 minute. And if your on the phone for 1:01 minutes it automatically goes up to 2 minutes.

EGH, i hate that !! .. i have T-Mobile, but like . even if you call is like 1 second long, it still counts for a minute !! .. eghh ! .. lol .. & one minute, 1 second calls count as two minutes for me, too >=[

Text messaging is a lot more expensive comparing to actually calling someone.

Sometimes if I'm not sure if I should call someone, I send him/her a text message instead.

all i have to say is if you're texting in school, keep your phone on vibrate. I've gotten into more trouble because my phone went off during class because i was txting someone. Anyway, texting is fun. I did it to piss of my teachers most of the time.

AHH I hate Text messaging, My friend sends me about 10 messages a DAY! thank goodness that i get free texting or my phone bill would be over $300, But the good thing about text messages is that if they send you a message you have the choice to respond or not, so for the people that I might not like to talk to, I just ignore them +D

I agree.........
texting is FUN
i do the same thing.....
I don't really like phone calls, unless there is something important to talk about....
but, i think that if you are calling someone just to ask if they can hang out or something, it is much easier to text the person and ask, coz the phone conversation would be soooo short, and a major waste of minutes... but, then again, texting is just as costly.......whistling.gif .

probably cause they just wanna ask like 1 thing and doesnt think that a phone convo would be very interesting when there's only 1 thing they wanna say.

^i just confused myself

I'm nto sure about text messeging...but I hardly EVER phone anyone. Unless I want to talk to them right away.

I always send email/hope they're on msn. I hate phones. I loath phones. Phones are evil. evvvvviiiiiiiil.

but...text messeging is stupid, doesn't it cost you like 50cents everytime you send a test messege on your phone? ermm.gif That's acutally pretty expensive if you get alot of them
