okay three questions i have..
a) if you've done it, does it hurt. ((if you haven't pierced it, you don't have to answer)) and b) stud or hoop? ((can't decide, can't decide!!)) c) again if you've done it, do they use a gun like your ears, or do they just use a needle? thank you, you beautiful people  i lurrrrrrve you!!

2) Definetly get a stud. Because if you get a hoop, you'll end up looking like a bull. And get the piercing on one nostril, not the middle. That looks good.

I'd say stud. And if they use a gun, go to a place that uses a needle. Those places like Claires and things that use guns for your eyes, you shouldn't there. You should go to the place with needles. The guns tear your ears and make it more probalble that you get an infection, or can only wear certain kinds of ears. The needle actualy takes a peice of skin out. It actually hurts less than the guns beleive it or not.

For a while. It's a really hard pinch, and it feels really sore for about three days afterwards. b) stud or hoop? ((can't decide, can't decide!!)) No, it doesn't hurt, depends on your pain tolerance. Of course, soreness is involved. But, I honestly think lobe piercings hurt more than any other body piercing...except down there, but that's not the point. Studs look better, && on the left side. >__< That's where I'm getting mine, haha. The bull piercings aren't called a nose piercing && she was askin' about nose piercings so everyone can chill. I forget the name...Ah, no I haven't gotten a nose piercing yet, but I'm really into the whole body modification thing, so I look into it a lot.

Get a stud like everyone else said. It probably doesn't hurt as much as other piercings, but it'll burn for a while. It depends on your pain tolerance. I've gotten my ears pierced twice on each, but that's about it, so I can't really give that much advice about nose piercings. Personally, I don't like nose piercings at all, so maybe my opinions are biased.

just don't go for the hoop and in the middle. And if you're a punk rock chick or goth chick, especially no hoop and middle because some of them do it and come out looking like whores (maybe because of the extra make-up and everything...)

Get a stud. hoops..are for ears. and if something catches in the hoop..ouch. hoops make you look like a bull.
and no, i haven't done it before, but i suspect it hurts much more than an ear piercing >.< |

I've been meaning to get my nose pierced too and I think that I'll be alternating between a stud and a hoop. Both look hot in my opinion.
I remember reading something that was advising against going to places that use piercing guns and find a place that uses a needle instead. As for the pain factor, I think it varies from person to person. |
