Alright, I'm trying to figure out this whole vectoring/vexeling thing... and the tutorial says to add a layer and fill it with a plain color... I know how to add a layer, but how do I fill it with a plain color... I'm using PSP7, but I also have PSP9... so if you know a better tutorial for PSP9 (I prefer it) that would be helpful too...
