Please, my sister once gave her weed-smoking friend some kind of Italian herb that looks like weed but isn't and she smoked it and started acting all high like she does when she's on real weed. Most of that "high" feeling is in your head.

And no, I don't smoke weed. My health teacher told me if you buy weed, most of the time it has unwanted shit in it, sometimes bug poison to make you feel higher. So if you do smoke weed... I hope you grow it or buy it from somewhere good. =) But if you don't... good for you!

You're right that it's not as bad a thing as most people make it out to be. I just see one thing that's wrong about your post. Actually, it's been smoked for over a 1000 years, and was at one time hailed as a cure all medicine. (sorry man, not trying to correct you...just trying to help your case) The reasons it was made illegal are even a bit suspect. If it weren't for big business, it would be legal. You know that never in history has someone died specifically from smoking marijuana? However, 70,000 people a year die from alcohol (and I'm just talking liver disease) and 100,000 people a year from nicotine (lung cancer). And there has never been a case with Marijuana, because even those who smoke it 'all the time' smoke an average of 3 joints a day. People who smoke cigarettes all the time...smoke an average of 40 cigarettes a day.
