anyone kno a site where i can get a good webdesign program? (i use to hav stuff but they were trials and im sick of using damn paint!) so if u kno newhere i can get one for free, id rlly appreciate it

I know like a program that you can make stuff on, like my sig
 Gimp, download at Gimp.org  its kinda complicated, I know where to download Gimpshop its like gimp but a little like photoshop too, I'll get the link for you in a sec

The Gimp. I heard its a good program and its free. Its sort of like photoshop and what not.

if you want a color to be transparent like my avatar and signature download giffy
it lets you load a bmp, turn a color transparent, save as gif click here to download and unfreeze to make animations, you just drop pictures in it and set a speed and save, how I did my avatar and the name in my sig click here to download thats all from me, all of that and another program is all I use  ------ Gimp Tutorials: Pixel2life.com  there you can search some tutorials |

i downloaded gimp but now all i get is select language thats all it downloaded is the uninstall thing and select language
