ftpSurfer is simpler and easier (it doesn't have tools). And ftp is easy, just upload and delete... nothing else.

or smart ftp . Get an easier ftp program . if you get smart ftp maybe i can help you more.

Now to upload . Fill in your name / password / and url thing. Then it will open your page . Then once its connected . Right click and go to upload >> dirrect>>select files . find the file or files on your computer and upload them. and the url to them should be yoururl/filename.filetype. |

Ok , well i suggest you wait for your host , and tell him to teach you how to use the program you have , you should of asked him to teach you when you first got it.

Then if you didn't know why would you even get it. Ok all i can say is get another ftp program , read some tutorials about it . I don't know anything about the program you had.
and i don't know what problems you had with smartFTP . If you told me maybei can help more. |

everytime i opened it i had to dl it again, and when i tryed to get the direct link w/o dling it and it said there was missing files or somthing
