fructis i don't remember which type..but read the label and the one that says anti-dandruff...plus it smells REALLY GOOD!!
 *sniff sniff* fruity! lol it also smooths ur hair like crazy which is awesome!

i used to have Flakes and stuff i switched to head and shouldres u know the citrus one especially for flakes And u lather rinse 2 times but then the problme is with the conditioner if u have short hair i have to use like a tip of a finger and thats why my hair is in good condition but if ur hair is longer maybe 3 fingers haha i sound stupid BUT IT WORKED!

head and shoulders dont work trust me on this one. tressemme is cool and it smells amazing. um also I read somewhere that if u have dandruff u can put plain yogurt on there for a few min. then rinse it off. I haven't tried it but yogurt is supposed to be really good for ya skin

Don't use Head and Shoulders, it works, but all it does is 'glue' the dandruff to your scalp. That's what I heard from the haircutter. Use Dove and Pantene Pro-V at the same time. It works

i used to have some dandruff and used Head and Shoulders. yeah, i dont like it....dandruff shampoos are too harsh!
so... I dont think you HAVE to use dandruff shampoos if you have dandruff.

I'm currently using Head & Shoulders~
I also have used one dandruff shampoo from "The Body Shop". It was pretty good~ The place has tonnes of stuff to help u out on that~ |

I use Back to Basics, they have a whole bunch with different things, but with the one I use, I don't get dandruff.
