First off, I'd like to make this clear: Credits go to Steven (basick) You guys might've heard of the Team Late Night. But since some people would like to take part in the club although they can't stay up that late, I've decided to make a Operation: Early Bird. This post will be edited, so if you're interested be sure to catch all of its updates.

Members please read!
All members must PM or comment in this forum so we can know that you are waking up on time! Rise and shine dudes Also the numbers that are available may be increased, so stay tuned! Know what you can change your tag to the color of your desire. And you can change the bird as well, as long as theres a bird there! When checking in, put where you live and the time. Example: New Jersey - 6:55 AM

There are members that aren't active as they should be!
We try to keep the OEB as simple as possible but some of the members are not doing their part as an OEB member, some come on cB without signing in. If this continues the members will be removed

Avatars needed!
Thanks to Bella (hiphop junkie) for telling me. I have accepted the idea and therefore the OEB shall have both tags and avatars. We need some avatars people, so if you think you got the skills lets see em. Make a small 300x80 avatar, with the words Operation Early Bird & Up at the crack of dawn. It can be in any order and have as many designs you like. For all those who participate, I thank you as well

OEB Staff Member Requirements
Okay to on Staff Member you must send a paragraph to Liz ([Screamin][Horror]) or Jane (iNyCxShoRT) telling us why you want to be on Staff Member. We're looking for dedicated members, friendly people who will be more than welcome to welcome new OEBers to the OEB.

1 - You must be a offical member/official designer on cB.
2 - You must have 500 or more posts.
3 - You have be a OEB member for more then a week.
4 - You must be on everyday [or so] before the late meter [9:30]
5 - You must submit at least 5 birds for other members to use.
6 - You must submit at least 3 sig/avatar for other members to use.
7 - You must be a helpful member, answering questions for those who want to join, staff members aren't super heros but you can help out.

These rule will change we out notice so be sure to read them

The basics: Rules
1-You must have the Operation:Early Bird tag in your signature at all times.
2-All of those who wake up passed the late meter, will be removed from the Operation: Early Bird team.
3-The late meter is 9:30 AM anyone who isn't up by then, is out
4-You must have all the requirements in order to join.
5-You can only join either TLN or OEB, its not good if you join both. So from this point no members can be both TLN and OEB sorry
6-Pulling an all nighter til 6AM is not waking up at 6AM.
7-You can change the OEB tag to whatever colors you like.
8-You must wait til you're approved to use our tag.
9-No member bashing or spamming will be allowed
10-Please use the "requirements" when signing up for OEB.
11-Do not double post (being a newbie is understandable) but take heed

That is all, and now for the requirements:
1-You must have at least 30 posts
2-Your posts per day at least 5
3-Must wake up before the late meter (9:30 AM)
4-Must pick an avaliable number in order to become a member.
5-Leave your name.

FAQS:

Note...before you ask a question...read the rules...

1. What is OEB? --
OEB is Operation: Early Bird.
Its like TLN but opposite, instead of staying up you wake up early. As members or staff you help the OEB become a stronger community.

2. How do I join? --
After reading The Rules--located in the first post--fill out the requirements.

1-You must have at least 30 posts
2-Your posts per day at least 5
3-Must wake up before the late meter (9:30 AM)
4-Must pick an avaliable number in order to become a member.
5-Leave your name.

Make sure you have everything checked off. As of now, there are currently no exceptions to the rules.

3. Can I be on Staff? --
OEB isn't currently looking for staff members, until OEB itself grows more. Although, if you think you are exceptionally capable of being a staff member, PM JANE and talk to her about it.

4. What is your policy on checking in? --
OEB members should check in every day. If you don't have a lot of time, you could PM Jane / iNyCxShoRT, or any of the other other staff members [Liz / [Scr3amin]Horror, Bella / Hiphop Junkie, Suzette / BrownSugar08, Evan / BlkPride and Xic / Aestuarium] and ..and verify your check in time. If you break the late meter...[i.e don't check in by 9:30 AM] you will recieve a warning. Other consequences will follow, if this re-occurs. Three strikes and you're out .

--> When you check in, please put what time zone you are in, as well .
5. Why can I be on both TLN and OEB? --
It's simple, really.
TLN's motto is, [We never sleep except on school nights], and OEB's motto is, [We wake up at the crack of dawn]--Therefore making it impossible, to be dedicated members to both TLN and OEB organizations.
