If you own an iRiver h10 (6gb) please help?
Let me tell you my story. I ordered it off eCost.com for 177 plus shipping+handling. It turned on but a few hours later it just didn't turn on. So I ordered a replacement for it and it came in today. My problem is that I can't get the device to show up in my Windows Media Player. When I try to sync it, it says "no device found" or something like that. And when I go to My Computer there's no iriver icon. This pisses me off so much. Can someone tell me what they did to get their music on? Like, step by step. Thanks. |

humm..let's make sure you did all the obvious things first..
did you install the software that came with it? was it properly connected? |
