well i edited a border around my blog on my xanga and when i saved the changes for some reason all my text became capital. but i have NO IDEA why lol

Okay.... So it's an IE-only problem. -can't see it- I suggest you revert the code back to what you had before, because there is nothing really wrong with that code, IE is stupid sometimes.
