Well friends, i need some help here..wondring whether is this a brush?

I refer to that CIRCLE:


If it's a brush, anybody can help me to get it in Photoshop. I had been search for 2 days with this type of CIRCLE, but i can't get it.

If not, you could easily make something similar with the shapes tool and make it into a brush yourself...

In Photoshop, there's a custom shape that you use, and it's the target shaped one, so it should basically look like that image.

this site: http://www.rhysin.net/brushesaccept.html has the target brush, but it doesnt have the drip...it only has targets..maybe you can draw in the drips...click on your program and download the brush.

I used the sustom shape tool to make the target and then the rounded rectangle tool to draw on the drips. If you want, I'll make it a brush and send it to you.
