I've just finished making xanga layout and would like to submit it. I made a 500x500 cropped screenshot for it, just like it asked me to. But after I enter all the information and press submit, it keeps telling me "Please enter a valid screenshot. Click here to go back". I don't understand, can someone help me?

That and some people can't submit anything bigger than 3oox3oo.

It is already a jpeg. And I also tried changing it to 300x300. but it still won't let me.

it did that to me too... sometimes hosting it differently helps... i think that was my problem

You can submit an icon as the screenshotfor now. If it's a nice layout, I tend to screenshot it myself if the person doesn't have a valid one. Yeah..
