It works fine. However, you might be using it improperly...
The code only works for div scrollbars, not the scrollbar you use to scroll content up and down. The one to the right of your screen. |

this codes only works for scrollbars in div boxes (as in the div box you could place around your entrees or even in your entrees) it won't work for the whole pages scrollbar on the right.

I had div box already,and I placed the code in header.

Oops.... Forgot to mention it only works in IE-based browsers. So, if you're using any of the Geko family browsers - like Mozilla or Firefox, you won't see the effect. ^_^U
