I searched for it, but nothing of this matter came up.
Tampons always leak for me. I've used Tampax and Playtex Gentle Glide in the past... they ALWAYS leak despite what they advertise..for me, at least. I just bought Tampax Pearl the other day.. but I'm waiting for my period to come to try them. ...and what's wierd is that I'm never heavy. Hopefully they won't leak because I'm going to a pool party while I'm on my period. *crosses fingers* Personally, what brand of tampons work the best? As in... no leakage etc etc? EDIT:// Please don't say anything about me using pads instead of tampons. That is not what I asked. Just tell me or discuss the best brand. kthanks. I'm not sure.. but pads actually work better to me. They don't leak and its safer. My friends say Tampax Pearl works well. Best wishes during the pool party =)

On days I'm really heavy, I'll double up, tampon and pad. =]
But overall, I prefer tampons--especially tampax pearls I think theyre great, and also the tampax compacts. Except..they are trying to make them discrete, but the wrap em in these neon wrappers that definately draws attention to them LOL. |

^^ I know what you mean about the tampax compacts and the neon wrappers, i use them too...lol. Anyway, i've never experienced "leakage" with the tampax pearl or the compacts...maybe if they leak while you're wearing them you aren't changing them often enough or you need a larger absorbency, like super instead of regular. - Just an idea.

I use Tampax Pearl too, and they work pretty well. Hmm, what absorbency do you use? The same thing happened to me too. I just used the next highest absorbency, or change them more often. My periods are mad heavy, so i use super

I use Tampax Pearl. It's comfortable & I never leaked with it. I reccommend that.

Well I use the regular tampax? Are you sure you're putting it in right? (Kinda stupid question, I know) I had that same problem recently, and after putting in a new one, It wasn't leaking, so yeah...

mm mine leaks a lot because it's usually pretty heavy. It's fine when I go swimming or stuff, but during the day I use a pantyliner or something with it. I use playtex beyond It's crazy, it's CARDBOARD! but you wouldn't think, it works like a plastic one...and it goes in a lot easier....whatever i'm blabbing, but I like Beyond, it works really well

Tampax pearl is really good and Kotex. I use always sometimes, but the other two are best.
