Another attempt at a div overlay. It's better than any other ones I have done, as I am understanding coding more. Layout can be viewed in IE and Mozilla. Though, in Mozilla scrollbars do not display as intended.

It's really nice. But the linkage part is a little off.
And the horizontal scrollbar irks me. |
