Story: FoxNews.com: Tom Cruise Squirted With Water Gun
I heard on the news that some people acted as interviewers at the premiere of War of the Worlds and asked him a question in a mock interview (of course, he didn't know it was a mock interview). When Tom went to answer, the interviewer put the mic up to him and water squirted out haha. It was a squirt gun.  I just thought this was a rather interesting story, and a funny one at that! The "interviewers" got hauled off to jail and are risking charges of assault. Figures  If someone did that to me 1. they wouldn't have gone to jail and 2. they wouldn't be charged with assault. Whatever, thats the life of the stars for ya  Mr. Cruise grabbed the interviewers arm when he tried to walk away and confronted him. Pretty funny, but I agree with Tom, that guys a jerk. He's also an idiot for going to jail for something that stupid haha. I'd be surprised if Tom actually pressed the charges.

Anyways.....It's water.....Tom isn't going to melt when he gets hit by it, although I do admit that he prbably was embarrassed like heck when he got pranked. Pressing charges would be ricicoulous...he should just laugh it off |

Meh. Poor guy? I don't really feel any pity or sympathize with him, because it was just a little water-gun squirt.
Would Tom Cruise be a little bit harsh in calling that "reporter" a jerk though? -___-; |

I understand that it's just water....but come on, it was the premiere of his new movie. I don't blame him for calling the prankster a jerk. Though...pressing charges would be going a little bit too far.

Notice it said that he laughed at first but when the reporter acted like an @$$ about it then he got mad. So yes, he was right in calling him a jerk. I like Tom though. I think he's a good actor.

lol and the "reporter" had the guts to call Tom Cruise a jerk after what he had done...
 Anyways, if I were Tom Cruise and I had that much power, I'd probably do the same thing since he humiliated me at my big premiere.

I saw this. This was HILARIOUS! Damn right they're getting charged though. But tom handled it well. I thought he was going to punch the guy. The reporter just stood there. It was hilarious.

LMFAO. I saw this on TV. He was LAUGHING when he was "shot" and then he had like an emotional 180 and was all, "Why would you do that?" "You're a jerk" I was laughing my head off. Damn, I can't believe he went to jail for that. That's just unreasonable..
