HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!, aim problems

About a week ago I had a problem where every time I opened internet explorer I would get these tracking cookies from data miner. My computer was much slower and I was also kicked off AIM constantly. I downloaded Ad-Aware and Norton Anti-Virus and they have deleted or quarantined all the viruses on my computer. However, I still lose my connection to AIM every 5 to 15 minutes. I ran Ad-Aware and Norton again but they both say that I do not have any viruses. I tried uninstalling and re-downloading AIM but that hasn’t worked either. I know that it is not a problem with my internet connection because my housemates are not having a problem staying connected to AIM and also I have no problem using internet explorer. I downloaded ‘hijackthis’ and this is what it came back with (I don’t know what most of it means so I don’t want to delete anything myself):
