you can download a free trial on abode.com jus download a free trial of photoshop cs2 and its included or you could buy it for $600 *snicker..snicker*

umm... not sure by what you mean icons... but here's a program that let's you make icons... free 30 day trial
http://axialis.com/iconworkshop/ image ready, like lbjshaq said, comes with photoshop cs 2. i dunno if they sell it separate or not, but you can buy ps cs 2 at bestbuy or circuit city, or any other electronics store that carries softwares. |

I used Animation Shop from www.jasc.com I actually BOUGHT the program 'cause compared to others, it's kinda' cheapish. Something my friends do though is they get a free trial and then create a new account and then use that free trial, etc.. I think that works I've never tried it but I've heard people say it would work. I love Photo Shop it pwns. I didn't have to pay the outrageous price for it either
