Well, someone else had said even flirting is cheating, but I definitely don't think that constitutes as cheating..
Something like saying, "If I wasn't with Mr. A, I would date you, Mr. B." I think is close to cheating, but not necessarily cheating. It is being disloyal, but I consider cheating dating two people at the same time and/or kissing, holding hands, etc..doing things that couples are who are dating normally do. I don't consider liking someone else cheating, either. Even telling them is OK, since it's always better for people to know those kinds of things, as long as you don't do anything about it. If they know you have someone else, and they continue to pursue you, that happens, but as long as you don't act on that, it's not cheating. They can say whatever they want, sure, but if you don't provoke them to do so in the first place, then that's OK. |

I'd say cheating is when your talking to someone initimatly when you're in a relationship..& you know everything past talking itimately to another person is cheating...but if your jusst hanging out with one of your friends of the opposite sex of you than I think thats cool...but sometimes boyfriends/girlfriends compare to rough play & name calling & flirting...

one of my exs and i actually broke up over this. my def. of cheating is like flirting excessivly, holding hands or kissing someone else and his was more like, dating someone else at the same time...
it just depends on the person, how they think, and what they think they should be able to get away with! |
