Spring rolls are sorta simliar to eggrolls, except its not fried. The outer shell of the spring roll is a thin sheet of rice paper. Inside, it contains noodles, vegtables, meat or shrimp. And there's a variety of sauces you can dip it into. Its like an "asian burrito" I guess. Here a pic of it...
