I always read the topic of course, and the whole first page of replies. If it's more than a few pages long, then I just post!!

I'll read the first page or the last few posts before mine. I'm not gonna read 10 pages of responses though, because I'll forget what I was there to post anyway. tongue.gif

I read some, skip some, then reply. Or whatever.
Sometimes I just read every comment. But that's only if the topic is juicy.

If the topic has a catchy title
or a word or two that lures me in
then I'll read like the whole post
and post up my opinion if I have
anything to say which usually I do.
But for the rest of the topics, I just
read what it has to say and move on
to another section.

In debate I try to read as much as I can, but on anything else, usually I won't read EVERYTHING. A lot of times I do read everyting just because I want to see other peoples' responses.

I definitely read what the topic's about...most of the time :) I have had to edit my posts a few times. But I really don't read all the responses if they exceed a few pages.

I read the topic, then read a few comments.... then I comment myself.. It doesn't take that much time that way.

If its only a few pages (1-4) I usually do, if its more like (6-8) I only read the last two, but if I don't understand whats going on I read a couple more until I get the gist.
