do you play sports? my friends and i were talking about this and if you're athletic it can make it pretty irregular.. like a few of my friends are really athelitc and it'll be irregular for them. also i heard if you're malnourished it can effect it.

yeah, i was going to ask if you work out or something, because running and stuff like that can throw it off a little. i don't think it's something to worry about. at least it's not completely gone. but maybe you do want to see a doctor.

Being athletic or malnourished can cause you to have irregular periods and stuff. I would suggest getting a check up, because that's the best way to figure it all out. I wouldn't bee too worried though, it's normal to be irregular in the first couple years (does that make sense?)

''malnourished''

jesus! lol! You're fine. Mine last about 6 days, and i have a friend whose lasts 3 days, so you're probably like that.

It really depends on the person . if you're worried go and pick up a leaflet on it at ur doctors

i'd say you're fine, but if it's changing around, then you should get a check-up. unless yours was kooky from the start. hehe

You shouldn't be asking us, you should be asking your doctor. Every girl is different but to be on the safe side go to the doctor and find out what is wrong or if it's normal for now.

does it just end completely after 3 days? when i get mine, the main flow of it goes on for 3-4 days and the rest of the days, there's just little fragments that come by, like reside...mine has always been like that.

i was 12 when it started (i think) and now i'm 17 too.

well if it has always been like that it would be fine. but since it was one way for the first 2 years and now its all weird you might want to see your doctor. have you changed any way you eat or anything?

hm i dont know, but was your last period like real heavy? 'cause it could be that most of it came out on your last period.

maybe it depends on how long ago your last period was...

cause if it didnt last long (your last period), maybe your 2 days was just a continuation.

Really, this is only the first few years of your "period life" and it's pretty regular to be irregular at first, if you know what i mean.

Doesn't stress affect your period as well?
