wait till you think the time is right, say u are both sitting there or something, then you slowly lean in a bit. and see how she reacts to that. you should lean in about 90% of the way and if she wants to kiss you back she will go the other 10%
or you could always ask her lol

 maybe some barry white music... or not  and then it just... happens. really hard to explain it. i can't really sa much because usually i'm not the one that makes the first move. but it just...happens. but there's ONE thing for sure that could work. my ex-girlfriend brought me a box once around christmastime when it was snowing and she told me to remind her to have me open the box before she leaves. so we spent a day playing in the snow, and when we got back, by the time we were alone, she told me to open the box. and inside, was a little mistletoe. and she held it above our heads. obvious enough? and girls would find it romantic if you did that.
