In my opinion, you're too young. You might think that guy is great now but I'd wait. Most likely that guy is either using you for a physical relationship or won't be around for long. Even if he cares about you, you're 15, you are going to have tons of relationships and meeting so many people in the future.

Age really is just a number in the end. But the fact that he asked when you guys are going to do it is just indicating that he may be in it only for that. Then again I don't know what sort of guy he is so I can't say it for sure. And when you think about it, if you tell him you're not ready for whatever reason and he does not respect that then you really have to rethink what he sees in you two. If he really loves you he should understand whatever decision you make. To tell you the truth guys around that age have only one thing in mind, SEX (not to generalize or anything as some guys are not like that). Rethink it and it wouldn't hurt to talk to your mom, she is your mom afterall. Good luck with it.
