It's ok, I understand what you're going through, I was a late bloomer as well, and at the age of 16 I am still pretty flat. Just hope that they will grow by the time you're 18-20 when you supposedly stop growing. If you get fatter, your boobs will as well if you want to look at it that way =D

Well you can complain as much as you want to, but you can't control how fast your boobs grow & plus if you have children when your older your boobs will get bigger..but besides that they only way to make them bigger is sugery...here's a question for you..are you only wanting bigger boobs to attract more guys or is having bigger boobs going to please you?...jusst think about that!!...

yeah, its normal for you. you only got your period last year. and those 16 year old thing is not true for everyone. everyone's body is different.
