no..hell no...if your first gf/bf broke up then its ment to be that you two just stay seperated unless its some The Notebook story, its just best to move on...if it was your first LOVE, then thts a different story

Hm. I might marry my first boyfriend, but it depends if I reallllllly love him and if I realy want to spend the rest of my life with him. I'm not sure at this point. I think I love him, but I don't know if he's Mr. Right.

I guess that's pretty cool. But I think it'd be even better if the two people had a time where they dated other people. That way, they can realize how much they care about eachother..

well, everyone has different points here,
it wouldn't be wrong to give each other time
and date someonelse to see how much you care about each other

but if you really love that person and
know that you really wanna be with him/her,
then why challenge your feelings?

me? i'd marry my first bf. we dated in gr 6 haha .. a very childish "fake" relationship trying to be like the big kids. but nowadays, we're best friends (it's been 3-4 years since then). i don't like him *that* way, but we've been through hell and back together, so i know we could spend our lives together .. if not as lovers, then as companions and friends.

but as far as really falling in love with him, i don't think i could, because i know him too well and he's just .. i don't know. he's the best friend guy, you know?

edit: oh sh*t yes i forgot, on a universal note, i think anyone should be able to choose whomever they want to marry. if you are really in love with your first bf, and ready for the commitment of marriage, then go for it. follow your heart, i suppose.

Ugh my first boyfriend was the world's biggest geek. He was still into Pokemon years after kids my age (I was a year younger) thought it was stupid. Though he'll probably be our generation's Bill Gates because karma hates me. You'd be lucky to find someone on the first date that was worth marrying. Most people really have to dig for it.
