first if you want to learn how to create xanga skins you can always check here: http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=48362.

and if you want your xanga to become more spiffy, you can always check the xanga scripts

Try this falling snow script:

^ I'm not sure if you're trying to achieve that though...

I had tried that already, but seems that somehow not look ike real snow, so I need to create one. Does anyone know how to make that? I know how to make that already, the coming skin is my second homemade skin.

^ You, stop it. That was the second link posted, and also the one they said didn't work.
binglenozumi - Her image is down. Create a new snowflake and you're good to go. You can also use this, but you will also need another image.

But I dunno wt's happening, my snow, when at first loading, before the blog body load, it is coming down, but after the blogbody loaded, all the snow stopped, I dunno wt's happening. Does that I have any code crash it? or any other things happen?

^ actually we don't really recommend using this code.
On some computers, the falling snow script may freeze the browser a lot and not let your xanga fully load.
