Alright, I'm using Opal on greatest journal (found the code from some lovely, generous person), and I'm just wondering, is there anyway to change the date format so that it says the day also? So it would show up: Thursday, July 14, 2005? (I really don't care how the month and year look, I just want the day of the week there also.)

Also, I'd love to get rid of the top bar that has the "viewing 0-20" and "next" "previous" links. I don't mind it on the bottom, but it clutters up the top of my page.
Nevermind, found the code for this one! Still looking for the date fix though.

I'm new here and I apologize if the answer is already here somewhere, I poked around but couldn't find anything.

Thanks!

I'm not able to access to my memories (which has the date tut in it) so I can't help you until then.

However, you can always browse the community, opal_help.

The memories feature does not work at livejournal right now, so you'd have to sift through all of the community to find help on what you need.

Sorry I can't help you right now!

Yeah, the memories being down really isn't helping. I'll look through that community though, and if you happen to find it whenever the memories come back up, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!

I had some time on my hands and found the solutions to both of my questions over at opal_help!

If anyone else comes across this with the same questions - I found the date fix here and removed the viewing 0-20 here

Thanks anyway!
