Its not in my opinion, because I flirt a lot with guys, but that does not mean Im trying to get with them. They're two different things flirting with someone is more fooling around or playful like. Hard to explain.

I don't consider it the same thing. If you're telling someone all the things you like about them then you are hitting on them. If you're just flirting, then you're.. flirting
