i was just mad because the coverage for LIVE8 on it was terrible.. i mean hello! the original pink floyd [with rodger waters!] is performing together but we'd rather have you put it to a commercial or here one of your dumb reporter people talking. that kind made me mad.. but at least they played the whole thing the other day.

i despise MTV. I mean, it stands for music television right? but TRL only cares about guests, and the hosts talking and stupid chicks who intrude on the music videos and go "Shout out to brandy, monica, etc... WHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" I HATE THAT!
Plus they only play music videos when everyone is sleeping, I don't give a shit about the life of Nick Lachey, people in the 70s, people in "Real World" or on the Road That's not music!*#&#^ make a new channel to put that crap on, and bring back MTV plus quit playing so much damn rap and sellout bands, I wanna see real rock. |

MTV just gives the people what they want. People want mainstream (that's why it is mainstream...) People want rap, people want pop.. People want reality celebrity shows.
I can't even explain it. But I think MTV is doing a great job. |

I don't hate it.. it's just.. ehh. I think the shows are really corny such as Date My Mom.. wtf? Only a few shows are okay, but I prefer to watch something else.

i don't have mtv but when i was in cali for a week i watched it a bit. it has way too many reality shows and such compared to actual music. psh music television my arse
