i dont know if this is the place to ask a question like this but i looked and i couldnt find one
but, whats the best program i can buy to make website graphics, layouts n such? like id like to start making blinking and animated icons and like new layouts for like my xanga n my myspace.. |

Photoshop is good, but pricey; you could always try Photoshop Elements, though--it's only about $60 at Wal-Mart.

Yes. But for doing the animations you would use Imageready which is the animation program that automatically comes w/ photoshop.
I'm not sure if it comes with the Elements though. |
