I started using when I saw others did, and I even made a username called 'azngurl' or something like that.
Don't worry, I haven't used the word 'azn' for a long time. I prefer saying 'asians'.

I have a friend who gets carried away with his "AZN PRIDE". I mean, it's really stupid because he says he hates white people but he barely knows any white people. And he always says he has pride, but refers to his "people" as chinks. He always says,"Yeah i'm a chink, kiss my yellow ass." It gets very annoying and that's probably why some people are disgusted or annoyed by asians, mainly because insensitive ones thinks they are helping by spreading their pride, but instead, they're making matters worse.

omg.
azn and asian are the same meaning. azn is a word that you can spelled out faster. People like me use "azn" in my cB screen name because "asian" doesnt even fit. Words that are shorter are better. Instead of Doctor, the made the intitial "DR" Why do you people get so .. "over reacted" IMP. |

Only youngsters proclaim Asian Pride. Because all they can do is say it, but not show it. I never say Asian Pride ever anymore, but as a kid i did. Now, being asian means showing respect to your tradition and heritage.

I'm sure you know which is which. I don't know, asian just look a lot more... respectable than azn. I think people have more of a problem with the word "azn" used in sentences than in screen names; so, yours isn't so bad. |

Hmm, well I just don't think it's right to yell about "azn pryde." Or any other racial pride, for that matter. I mean, what's the point? YES you should be proud of your race, but not because you are that race, but because that race is part of who YOU are.
Be proud of being yourself, and don't limit it to just one race. |
