whats the code for making it so that all your comments despite the size of pictures people post; are all the same size

and where does it go cos i'm stumped
and if so is there anyway of centering ur comments section x

but even when i put this code in it doesn't work the way i want it to i resizes EVERYTHING larger than expected in my comment box and it looks all the poo
