Okay, so I've been hanging out with this 18 year old guy, and I'm 15. And I'm supposed to hang out with him today, but my dad doesn't want me hanging out with him anymore, because it looks bad. How do I tell him I can't hang out with him anymore, without him thinking that I don't want to hang out, when it's really my parents?

If you guys are friends, he deserves to know the truth. There's no reason to keep this "secret" from him. Tell him your parents dont' want you two being more than friends. If you can't hang out with him, oh well. There are a lot more fish in the sea your age and it'd be a lot less complicated with your parents.

Your parents are probably worried for you, why not try introducing your friend to your parents and maybe they'll change their mind. If not, then tell your friend the truth

well, you like being his friend right? all you can do is tell him the truth no matter how he takes it. tell him straight, "my dad doesn't want us to hangout but I still would like to hangout with you.. I just don't want to go against his wishes because well, he's my dad." and if he doesn't understand, then screw with him. you don't need him. you have many other friends to hangout with. what's one going to do? anyways, you can still prove to your dad that your eighteen year old friend is a good person because maybe your dad thinks he is bad? i dunno.. ask your dad what's wrong with him i guess. three years older isn't much of a difference.

it's nice how you are listening to your parents... but if you like him that much, dont lie to him. maybe he can come over and have dinner or meet your dad in person or something. or maybe your dad knows hes bad for a reason.
