is there anyway to put an image over it? or to take it off, because i tried this code to remove the url and it just made the box smaller.

you use div to put an image over it. simple.

Yeah, just you can't have it static, so that means you would have to move it around to your liking, and anyone that uses a differant browser than you would see your page weird looking >.<
