this is off topic:
there was this amazingly inspirational article in the new york times a couple weeks ago about this student from india who self-sufficiently worked his way into IIT, which is one of the most selective technology schools in the world. he's a mostly self-taught mathematician and wants to work for NASA someday. well.. i was just really inspired by his motivation to accomplish great things. man, i really want an international pen pal like him. ... sorry, i just had to add this. |

Your post is saying that Americans are complaining that the jobs in America are more difficult than the jobs in India. What is actually happening is that American jobs are being given to people outside of the U.S.  YOUR POST = CONFUSING.

only 15% of indian graduates are determined qualified enough to do american replacement jobs.
i heard on TV that in 20 year or so they'll reach their maximum and outsourcing to india will stall.
