Making new tables or covering old ones

I made an image in photoshop that I wanted to insert on my page, I was hoping to make a separate table for it above the "extended network section" or whatever, but if the only way to do it is by covering the extended network, (maybe aligning a div layer on top?) then that works too!

If anyone knows the code and where to put it, I'd greatly appreciate it.
