i run track. before it i was sooo out of shape! The first week of practice was hell with all the soarness and cramps, but once I got in2 shape it felt gr8. I <3 running now. So basically everyday i run, do push ups and sit ups, and some ab workouts.

lmao, i agree, but simple plan is ok.

i do sit ups & push ups durin commericials & boring music videos. lol i also have show choir ( i hope that counts ) once a week, and i try to run regularly. this is a lot for me but im trying to get skinnier since summer is approaching (:

to add onto that, yellowcard. any sort of pop or hip hop is very unhealthy.

do a lot of running and jogging stuff. yay for the respiratory system!
plus, did you know that being angry or stressed a lot increases your cholestrol? i'm dead serious.

i go to the gym every day and practice wushu every other day for a few hours. that seems to be working so far.

hmmm well I play DDR.... and then I do situps/crunches... or other exercises.... DDR is a great workout.

hem.. i eat everyday... but if i have the time maybe i'd do yoga or pilates everyday to stay in shape..

track...anywhere from 3 to 5 miles a day outside of school grounds with an actual track workout when we get back.

i walk my dog everyday. if that counts...
i bike, play badminton, basketball, jog, run.... anything really.

regularly. i just go sit ups, push ups, stretchs, hmm simple things i do doing while im next to my comp. lol XD

i try to keep in shape, but this summer all i'm doing is eating.
i have sports during the school year, and i'd lift weights or run for
track.
