I have never tried it..but I think you can take it. I haven't tried it because I don't get cramps. But if I got real bad ones then I would

Yeah, they have Midol in the nurses' office at my school & most of my friends' take it too.

I cried once because I had cramp and they hurt like shit.
I never took Midol before but you can ask your family doctor. I mean if it hurts that much I think you should. |

Midol is actually the same drug as tylenol (acetaminophen), they just make it specifically for cramps.
Ibuprofen works really well, though. But something you should know is that any drug that doesn't expressly say that a teen can't use it, is perfectly safe for teens. |
