I want to make a money making website, but... Options

ok so heres whats up, I have this idea of a really cool website where there is a forum which is grouped by states then cities, you can post things your selling in your city forum so people can see it and that way you dont have to do shipping. Also there will be a dating area and I wanted to make a spot so taht people can make a profile for themselves sort of like myspace. I was going to start the site out free, and just get people to donate to my paypal account until I get enough money to purchase a domain and not use free website hosting. Now, the thing is I need:

-a staff group (but what kind of staff would I need? I know I would at least need one HTML expert)
-free website hosting with added forum and password protected pages

What else would a site like this need???

You should really have someone to build and maintain the backend stuff--scripting, database, and the like. If it gets to be big, you're going to require a large and fairly robust database system.

you need your own domain first of all.

then you might want to use xmb for your forum (http://xmbforum.com)

you're going to need a mysql database for the forum, so i suggest finding some one to host a subdomain for you on heir site that offers one.
