He might want to rape you. He want to do something unpleasant and disrespectful to your body property. (IMP) Anyways, thats a great benefit of having cell phone with you all the time when you're not w/ a friend. Always have protections and backup. Glad you are okay.

man, if i were stalked, i'd be like... hell yea. but i'm a guy.

always lock your car doors.

story driver's ed teacher said today:

this guy, his girlfriend was driving to his house. she stopped at a traffic light, a guy got in with a knife. made her drive to a remote place, then raped her. took the car keys and threw them into a field, she had to walk to her boyfriends house and call the police there.

yea so; always lock your car doors.

I got in the car with one once (not knowing he was a stalker of course). I was hitchhiking and needed a ride home. He drove past my house and said he wouldn't drop me off unless I gave him a kiss first. I declined and he grabbed me a few times before I hysterically started crying and tried to jump out of the car. Instead, he dropped me off on the side of the road and I had to walk 30+ minutes home in the dark.

I was 18 at the time.

How sad. I feel bad for you. I did feel stalked by this guy in church. Yeah. It was scary. He keeps on following me and sitting beside
Then i just ran for my life.

You should never go out by yourself.

That's so scary! Omg. Good thing you had your phone =/

Walking to this place I go to..I have to walk down a road. And these scary guys always yell things out of their cars or honk or somethign! I think it's extremely disturbing..one time my friend and I were walking there and this car honked and yelled something. Then it turned and followed us when we turned into the street! It left though. Cuz' be being paranoid, took out my phone and pretended to be talking to my mom! =/

i've only been followed by guys at school... when i would walk home, they would follow me almost the whole way. keeping their distance

the smartest thing to do is to have a cell phone, and be with a friend or a big group of friends.

Actually today I was walking home from work, when I saw this van of construction workers up ahead of me. I was just walking normally and when I walked past, the guys stopped the van. So I just kept walking and didn't really look at them. But then they started to drive like 1mph RIGHT BEHIND me, and I was so freaked out, I just kept walking faster and faster. Then the van sped up a little, and stayed RIGHT BEHIND me. AHHH I was so scared I just turned the corner and pretended to go into a house that wasn't even mine...

Luckily they had to turn another corner at one point.

wow that must be scary. no i have never been stalked before but i had a good hitch hiking experience. it was winter, and the metro bus dropped my friend and i off a mile away from my house. it was cold, freezing, and i felt like i was going to pass out.. an suv pulled up, two ladies asked us where we lived and if we needed a ride. my friend and i were both deseperate, so we hopped in. thankfully, we both made it home safely. it was a scary, yet fun experience.. i'll probably never do it again though.. but i learned not all strangers are horrible people.

and you should never be by yourself anywhere. to avoid situations like those, go to places in a big group.. even walking home from school, you should ask a friend to come along. i've heard so many stories about kids walking home by themselves.

That is a pretty scary experience, but thankfully, it hasn't happened to me before, you should really try taking Nikki's advice about not going out by yourself. Just go with some of your guy friends. wink.gif
They will probably scare any other future stalkers away.
