Help with boxes/spacing

Okay ... This may be a little confusing - so bare with me =)

I want to be able to have a little blank space AROUND the OUTSIDE of my text, but inside the little green border. So that the text isnt running right into the border. Take a look at my page so you can see what I mean - Linz' MySpace <3.

I believe its called padding or somethin. But I'm not sure what the code is, or where to put it exactly. Thanks ahead of time if anyone can help !

No, I don't get what you're asking, I think you're asking you want your headers in the green boxes. But you dont want them to go over the boxes..

No ... Umm -

On my page - Linz' MySpace <3 - It says "Lindsey Erin" with a green box border below it and text inside that box. I wanted the text inside the box to have a border of space all the way around it so that the text isnt running right into the border.

Hope I explained it better =/
