if i find a xanga layout and i like and i want it as mine where do i put it?

u follow the instructions...

u take out whatever existing html u have, and replace it with the new layout's html in the appropriate spaces...

im not really sure i understand

the html code for the new layout would go into your header, there is a drop down box there, click it & click on "imput own header html" or something like that, but then you paste the html code from the layout you want into the box in the header section. hit preiview, if it's what you want, hit save, or yes under save.
this is all in you're look and feel

you sgin into your xanga click "look and feel" and where you found the skin...it will teach you where to put everything....very simple =]
